Our Approach

The Conscious Group is dedicated to Empowering Leaders, Teams, and Communities for a Conscious Tomorrow by addressing critical societal challenges through a compassion-centered approach.

  • The Conscious Group traces its origins to February 2016, when Dr. Isaac Y. Addae launched Conscious Conversation in Nashville, TN. He created this grassroots initiative to address systemic inequities in urban communities of color by empowering individuals through meaningful dialogue. At its core, Conscious Conversation sought to foster awareness, connection, and actionable solutions for community and economic development.

    The Conscious Conversation platform was built on three guiding pillars:

    • Connect: Bringing individuals and organizations together to build synergy

    • Converse: Facilitating thought-provoking and informative discussions

    • Create: Empowering participants to develop strategies for collective action

  • We envision world where leaders, teams, and communities are empowered to create conscious, impactful change globally. Our mission is to build capacity for transformational leadership, collaboration, and community development through intentional dialogue, immersive experiences, and strategic guidance.
